Just off-cuff, Live Vicariously is much better for soloing.

There is normally a jade scarab mixed in with the rock-eater scarabs, so relying on any enchantment (i.e. Mending, Live Vicariously, etal) is probably not your best bet with the jades spamming Chilibains on you.

If you don't want to switch your secondary, I would use Holy Veil or Smite Hex since you know that you'll be hexed by the jade. Smite Hex also has the bonus of damaging those swarming muthas.

Replacing Endure Pain with Sprint is probably better as well, so that you can bail out of the battle after you kill the burrower (which should be your primary target, unless you want to lure the scarabs away from its Healing Spring).

Have you considered moving to Elona Reach? You can farm the burrowers there as well as the mino's using a standard minotaur-farming build (mending or live vicariously, balth's spirit, glad's defense, bonetti's, cyclone axe...the rest are really your choice). No scarabs to worry about.

You'll get em dead a lot faster with a sword:

Riposte
Deadly Riposte
Gladiator's Defense
Healing Signet

12 Tactics, 12 Swords, spend the rest however you please.

+ Whatever 4 skills you choose. When you have a Jade mixed with Rockeaters, you attack the Jade directly. The Rockeaters use Frenzy, so they more or less suicide once you hit Gladiator's Defense anyway. You drop all enchants before engaging, otherwise you'll find yourself enchant-less AND poisoned. Hit Riposte and Deadly Riposte as soon as they're ready, and spam Heal Sig to offset the Vile Touch spamming. Save the Burrowers for last. Be sure to draw the Scarabs far enough away from the Burrowers so that HEaling Spring won't affect them. If I'm not mistaken, the Burrowers switch to melee once you get up in their faces, so you can Riposte them to death as well. I might be wrong on that point though, since it's been a while.

If you plan on fighting Jade Scarbs, there is no reason to bring any mantained enchants, since they'll just be stripped.

Don't bring any condition causing skills unless you want to be hit by the same conditions via plague touch.

As soon as you get within agro ranger of the Dune Burrower, start attacking it with a rod or bow, so you can interupt its first healing spring.
